Back in the (Sub)Tropics Again

We spent 5 days in Brisbane, and it was lovely to see frangipani blossoms and feel the heat of a sub-tropical clime. Our friend Jan hosted us and kept us entertained for the week. She also hosted a wonderful concert for us in her local church. It was a fund-raiser for breast cancer, and she enticed over 100 people to attend. We raised over $1400 for the cause!

Not all were quilters, and it was delightful to sing for a group of “Red Hatters”.  Just to prove it, I took a picture of the audience that night.  Do they look like they’re having fun?
