Caribbean Cruise announcement

January will be here before you know it!  Susan Purney Mark, Daphne Greig and I are getting our kits and patterns ready to teach on our Caribbean Cruise, from the 13th to the 23rd of January 2012.  It’s very exciting – I haven’t been to Caribbean before.  But the classes are also great.

You can find out what we’re going to be teaching here.
Then, follow the links to find out pricing and booking information.

On Sunday we had our first meeting with our new cruise directors.  Sharon Sher has been our trusty organizer for the last several cruises, but cannot accompany us this time.  But never fear!  We have a couple of crackerjack cruise directors: John and Margaret Rumsby who are going to be taking over from Sharon.  They have extensive travel and cruising experience and will be happy to answer any questions you have about the cruise, our pre-cruise tour in Fort Lauderdale and any other questions. They’re very friendly and enthusiastic and  I’m sure Margaret is going to be a quilter by the end of this cruise!  John can be contacted by email: or you can reach him by phone: TOLL FREE: 1-866-477-4898.

See a short video of the Caribbean cruise here.

We still have spots available for this cruise.  Consider coming along and joining in the fun!  January, warm water, snorkeling, lying on a white beach, quilting. How PERFECT! And don’t forget to bring along your husband/partner.  They’ll be part of the fun, too, writing a song which we’ll sing for the final concert!

I’m collecting my pirate gear now, so I can teach my class “Parrots of the Caribbean”.  Now: does anyone have a suitcase big enough to fit a steel drum?

Wish I could come…it’s just not in the finances for a while. Have a great time! Take lots of pictures, and I can’t wait to hear the new tunes!
